The most important part of this product is the ability to keep your kid safe in an accident. Thankfully, I can't speak to that. Most online reviews of the product are glowing.We had this for over a year now and have the Chicco NextFit in our other vehicle which is all I can compare it to.Pros:(1) Easy to install using the car seat belts.(2) Relatively light so installing and uninstalling is easier.(3) Shoulder straps and other adjustment points are easy to access and change.(4) Slightly smaller front to back size works well for smaller vehicles (the reason we chose this model).Cons:(1) The padding is thinner than the Chicco NextFit.(2) The "wings" next to your childs head feel extremely flimsy. I think it is just styrofoam, I'm always worried I am going to break them getting my kid in and out of the seat.(3) The button to loosen the shoulder belts is deeply inset into a smallish hole. My wife has no problem with it, but my finger barely fits. Might not work for larger fingered people.Overall, we prefer the Chicco carseat. However, in rear facing mode, the Britax fit better in our Mazda 3. Now that our kid sits forward facing, I think either model would fit fine. Read more

First of all, these are great seats! We bought 3 of these for 2 of our cars and one of in-laws. They definitely give one the feeling of security. Our baby looks like a Nascar driver in these seats. If you are not picky about colors, you will get some of them with discounts. The seat is built to last and absorb for sure! It is super heavy with all that steel frame on it. I just want to give you guys a list of cons and pros to make this easier to read and understand and hopefully help you make a decision. You can always ask further questions after reading my list.PROS:* Feels very secure by looks and how the kiddo fits in it.* Great finishing with great colors if you are picky about colors. We love the blue one.* Cleans so easy. The covers are stain resistant and even with the spills, they clean so easy.* Easy to take out the cover and wash then put it back on.* It fits most cars with no problems. (read cons about fitting some cars)* Very much adjustable. You can get your kid to the most comfortable position* Buttons are built and installed in a way where kids can't reach or can't mess with them even f they can reachCONS:* They are pricey* Tightening the top belt has been a huge struggle for us. It is super hard to pull and secure the top of the seat to a car. Britax demonstrates the installation in a minivan where the back of the seat faces the huge open trunk. So easy to pull and secure on the video. Since there is no opening on a car's back seat, so hard to pull the belt and tighten it.* Customer service is always busy and they do not communicate too well. I have contacted them for a couple of minor things and yet to hear back.* It is NOT easy to transfer so if you have 2 cars in the household, you will need two of these. You really DO NOT want to mess with it once installed in one of the cars! I kid you not :)BOTTOMLINE:This is one of the best (if not the best) car seats for your child. Safety features and comfort are all good...BUT, THIS IS NOT ADJUSTABLE! I don't know if I just got a lemon or if it's a mechanical error, but the "adjustable" part gets stuck and is impossible to move. Once I took it out to see where the problem was, and I had to use two long sticks to keep the bars "open" for me to pull it back to a suitable length for my kid.I have two kids and haven't had the need to use the adjuster until more recently when my younger one thought it was fun to sit in the older sibling's seat. I thought, hey this thing is adjustable, so whatever...I was able to click and move it like two inches then it got stuck. Once I got home, that's when I took it out to troubleshoot. I got it back to the proper length, but can't really adjust anymore. My husband was able to adjust it once or twice, bit that's cuz he's stronger and can click and hold the handle part better, but he struggles with it and hates it too. Our other adjustable car seat is the Graco 4Ever...that one is so much better and easy to adjust. Plus...who ever thought NOT having cup holders was a good idea for car seats? I can already tell the Boulevard is the seat for us. We had previously been using a Graco Contender and while it was fine I felt that it was too minimal and didn't have any additional safety features. I'm of the belief that our children deserve the best when it comes to safety so if we can at all provide it, we absolutely should (And the multiple safety features of the Clicktight series had me SOLD!!!) They're some of the only convertible seats for sale in the US to offer a rebound bar and the install was not only foolproof but rock solid in under 1 minute. Easy to uninstall for me as well.It gets 5 stars for appearances too, it really is premium quality. The seat fabric is so soft and plush and the blue of the Poole colorway is really vibrant. It appears like it will wipe away clean somewhat easily. The interior is very spacious and comfortably padded while also having deep enough sides to protect my son's head and body in a crash. With his Graco he could not have the insert in because the buckle would dig into his legs but I surprisingly found that this wasn't an issue in the Boulevard! The crotch strap is plenty long enough for my 75th %tile weight/10th %tile height baby and is comparable to other seats. The harness straps adjust evenly and easily even with the carseat installed fairly upright and pressed tight against the vehicle seat.
