I will start by saying that this thing is a TANK, it is the heaviest car seat/booster/harness I have ever seen, and I have four installed in my car at the moment. If you have a compact car and more than two kids in a car seat, this will not be a great option since it aside from very heavy, it is huge. With that said, we absolutely love this unit. Sitting side by side with our Chico equivalent it is night and day (you can see it in the picture) and the older kids fight over who can sit on the Britax one.INSTALLATION: It was a breeze to install, their new clicking system works extremely well and tightens the unit without effort. Basically there is a button inside the bottom area of the backrest that allows the bottom section to come up (as seen in the pics), you then put your shoulder-lap regular seat belts (recommended by them over the included anchors) through it, pulling it tight, then as a last step you push the bottom section over it until it clicks in place, once you do that the unit grabs the seat belt so tight that you can't move the unit anywhere, finally you hook the back tether belt behind the seat and it is impressive on how tight the unit becomes.DAILY USE: This is where it shines, we have our 7 year old and our 4 year old (who seats in this new seat) in the third row, which is a bit troublesome to access without moving the second row. The unit is so easy to operate that we have thought our 7 year old to help his sister get buckled up , he is able to get her all hooked up by himself and all we have to do is check each time to make sure it is secure.FEATURES: The unit is covered with very comfortable memory foam all over which makes it very nice for the little ones, especially on long trips. We haven't yet to use the booster feature as our little girl is still too small, but in looking at the instructions it seems like a very simple conversation (basically removing the harness belts and readjusting how the lap-shoulder seat belts work with the unit.OVERALL: We feel as if this unit will do a tremendous job at keeping our kids very comfortable and most importantly very safe, it is our third child car seat of this brand, and it has not disappointed. You cannot beat the Britax brand carseats. They are amazingly safe, comfortable, and just beautiful seats. Two days before Valentine’s day this year I was rear ended extremely hard while out with my youngest son who is 2. The accident totaled my vehicle. My youngest usually sits in a chicco seat however he had been in a habit of begging to get in bigger brother’s seat after dropping him off at Pre-k. Bc the Britax is such a safe seat & easily to adjust heights I would usually allow him to sit in his brother’s chair. I am so glad I did that day. My neck and head slammed so hard forward when we were hit I immediately knew my neck was hurt. I feared for my son. But when I looked back I knew he was terrified but ok. He was safe and snug in Britax 5pt harnass. I was very sick and soar that next week due to my next sprain. However my 2 year never once complained of any soreness. His neck was fine! 🙏🏼I was so thankful for this (thank you Jesus!). I knew I would stick with Britax still when replacing all the seats in my vehicle. I am very pleased with this upgraded version, the same safety I expected and seems more plush than the older version. My boys love their new seats. The two cup holders are awesome for drinks & any little toy they might want with them. The media could not be loaded.  very disappointed. The headrest part is SO flimsy. Like a few reviews say, the headrest foam is so junky that it makes crazy noises. If your child moves or if you go over any bump it will squeak. I contacted Britax and they could care less. I wanted all black car seats like this to look nice in the car but going with another brand. I uploaded a video so others can see how terrible. The rest of the seat didn’t feel like usual britax quality. Also I checked the click tight version at buy buy baby and it didn’t make those crazy noises and has a black foam that felt different so I’d go with that. Compré este asiento para mi hijo de 7 años, el tiene discapacidad y no puede sentarse solo por lo que necesitamos que vaya bien sujeto y lo mas alineado posible. Desafortunadamente este asiento no le va a servir ya que el grado de reclinación con que cuenta el asiento no es suficiente para poder posicionarlo cómodamente y necesitamos ponerle muchas almohadas para que vaya más o menos derecho y aun así su cabeza queda colgando hacia atrás.
