I'm in love with this car seat! First off, it's the safest car seat on the market - big win. Secondly, my daughter who is 12 months old and 20lbs fits it like a dream, is so super comfortable, and sits in it for 9 hour road trips with no issues! I do agree that the release button for the straps is annoyingly difficult to get to sometimes - you have to stick your finger waaaay down into the hole which could be an issue for large fingered people, but no issues here so far. As far as people's complaint about the leg straps digging into their children's thighs - I have not experienced this in the least. My daughter seems super snug and never has any lines on her legs when I take her out. It is quite large, but once you put it in your vehicle I think you'll be surprised that it isn't as large as it seems! And lastly - the clicktight technology is super super easy to install. There are things I like and don't like about this seat. The buckling device is much better than most seats because you can click one side at a time instead of having to hold both belt clips together simultaneously while you push into the connector. The shoulder straps are a little difficult because of all the padding. Removing a little padding makes them much easier to negotiate. My biggest problem is that this seat is very high -- or perhaps I should say it sits very high off the car seat. Its difficult to put the baby into and out of the seat without bumping her head on the door jam -- takes a lot of gyrations (Nissan Rogue rear seat). Once she's in, it seems very secure. Read more

great car seat love how sturdy it is. I also have a graco 4 ever I couldn't choose between so husband has this in his car and I have the graco in mine. and I honestly love them both. the graco is a little wider. this has nice rubbery straps that stick her in good. love the height adjustment on both. I haven't had any problems with her legs being in the way of the center strap shes 14 months 22 lbs. easy to install with the center pop up button. have a road trip coming up not sure which one we'll be taking. I have a harder time tightening the clicktight straps on this. I prefer my graco all in one. My husband prefers the britax boulevard clicktight. There both great car seats**UPDATEmunchkin is almost 3 now and doing well in this car seat, she's still rear facing. I do prefer this over my Graco all in one for our traveling. we took it on a plan, cabs, rental cars. and the way the Britax can use the latch system and open up the top to thread the seat belt is great for if your getting the seat in and out of cars. We have 3 kids and have always used Britax products. This car seat was the easiest to install and feels the most "set into place" before there was just the seat belt , then anchors, and now both (which we really love) Before if you wanted to use both anchors and seat belt on any carseat the belt would have to go across the child and have to be taken off and out back on everytime you got you child in and out. We love that we have the safety of both with this carseat without have to take the seat belt on and off. the color is fun and the material is soft and comfortable. I have had issues from day one with this seat. It does not tighten smoothly which I have dealt with. However, today I discovered the styrofoam material under the head/back support has splitnin half. This is completely unsafe and I will need a new seat and have not even had this for a year. I should be refunded or sent a new seat! We have the same seat in my husnbands vehicle with no issues but the one for my car has issues. I don't know if I have a lemon or what but this needs to be resolved. Read more

I've been a britax person for 12 years and multiple kids. I bought 2 of these for my kids and they are the most difficult carseat I have ever installed. In fact, they are so hard to install rear facing since the seat has to click down and friction occurs between the seat the car back, that I cannot even install them or remove them since I dont have the upper body strength. This seat is so much easier to install than our other child's seat (Diono Radian). So far we have only used it in 1 car and in rear facing. I love how easy the shoulder strap adjustment is. You just squeeze the handle on the top and raise it up or down, no need to unthread any straps or even uninstall the seat!My only complaint is the button you use to loosen the straps. There is an opening, about the size of a nickel and maybe an inch deep, with the button at the bottom. There's no problem with this...until your little one starts shoving snacks in there! The snacks are really hard to get out and you can't use the button when it is filled with snacks. I bought the Britax seat protector to try and cover up the opening, but she still usually manages to get snacks in there is she is feeling mischievous. I find this to be very annoying! Read more
