I bought a Britax frontier click tight and fell in love with the brand- the quality is high, I feel good about the safety features and the install is the easiest in any car seat I've installed (lots between sisters kids and friends). I bought this click tight model expecting an easy install. In reality it's the most difficult install of any car seat we've used. My husband has never successfully installed it and every install I've done has been a sweaty battle with multiple attempts and a final loose install when I give up fighting with it. It absolutely won't snug tight down into the seat and the seat belt pulls it crooked. I'm installing rear facing center seat in a 2012 Honda Odyssey. Maybe it works better in other vehicles but it won't be nearly as easy as the frontier no matter where installed. I much prefer the latch system of my previous baby seat. Read more

So disappointed! I have always loved Britax, we currently have 5 Britax car seats in our house, and I found out their warranty means nothing. Less than one year old and the strap locking mechanism only works sometimes. They had me "reset" the harness by pulling it in and out over the phone but won't replace it unless I can get the problem on video. I can't drive around just hoping it doesn't happen again. It happened two days in a row, that I know of. I always rave about them and tell everyone I know to buy one and the first time I have a problem this is the warranty I get. I bought this car seat for my 1 year old because I already had this exact model for my 3 year old and we loved it. It’s one of the safest car seats out there with the side impact panel things and it’s super easy to install when we have to switch them from one vehicle to the other (it is a little heavy though). We bought the first one at BuyBuy baby for about the same price as here but we did notice a few minor differences. The quality of the shoulder pads and a few other things look a little cheaper than the original one we bought at the store. But overall it was a good buy. Read more

This car seat was rated most safe in 2019, which is why I got it. The safety features are good, but installation isn’t. It’s way too easy to get the straps caught under the seat when you’re slamming it down. And one of the straps is irreparably twisted — I’ll have to get it checked again by a police officer and hope they can fix it. And one of the straps is always looser than the other one. I like that we don’t have to worry about the latch system, but that’s about all I like about it. Read more

High quality product. Very safety oriented product. Has a multitude of adjustments for safety, direction, age, comfort. Anchoring uses existing seat belt with a unique system to tighten and cinch the seat belt for a tight fit. Ordered the optional cup holder, but it turned out to be useless due to poor design. Love love love that my son can't reach with his lil fingers the release button to the straps. On our previous cast seat he was able to loosen the straps and remove his arms. With the button being tucked further away makes it better for little fingers to not reach which in my opinion is a win win situation. Read more

My baby was so whining when she sots in a baby carseat even she was small enough to fit in. So I decide tried out her sit in the the advocate carseat when she was 5 months. Very satisfied so far. She got very well sleep and easy to put her in and out. Even easy to install with just open the carseat with a ted button. But in Texas summer weather, she got all wet in her back when she sit for few minutes. Otherwise, I love the quality. Recommend to buy this. Read more

My most favorite Britax to date! I've owned 7 Britax car seats over the years between 4 kids and the technology just keeps getting better! Love the click-tight, it really makes installation so easy and simple!! Especially in older vehicles or middle row captains seats that don't have the anchor latches like my '03 GMC Yukon DenaliXL.
