Bought this on 7-25 with my Prime membership so I received it 2 days later no problems. Couple things that I didn't know before I bought it. Yohimbine essentially works by increasing your natural ephedrine levels raising your heartbeat and metabolic rate. Since it is a stimulant in itself be very cautious of when you dose it and how much you dose. Don't take it with any pre-workout or in the morning with coffee, for me it was best dosed mid afternoon with lunch to avoid most of the side effects. If you're predisposed to anxiety or depression I would also stay away from this as it is known to increase anxiety and can interact why depression meds that work on SSRI. Start dosing it at 1 cap ED in the afternoon and see how it effects you for a week. Then bump up to 2 ED for another week, ideally you want to be taking anywhere from 5mg-10mg daily but depending on the sides you can go up or down on that. Read more

I bought these for use as an appetite suppressant. I have been taking two capsule every day for a couple of months. I didn’t *feel* any different, aside from feeling like I’m taking a very mild stimulant. I began questioning their efficacy, so I stopped taking them. That’s when I noticed that I was eating more. Then I would take them, and I would eat less. I am religious about recording my daily calorie intake. I noticed that when I wasn’t taking them I was eating about 300-500 more calories daily than when I did take them. So, even though it doesn’t feel anything is happening, I know that these are totally working. I just re-ordered another bottle.Other notes:I have noticed an increase in energy. It does feel like I am taking a mild stimulant. I am extremely sensitive to stimulants — so much so that I avoid drinking caffeine at all. I also have a history of heart palpitations, and have not had issues taking this product. If you do drink caffeine, I would recommend reducing your caffeine intake if you take this product.The directions on the bottle state to take the capsules with food. I do not do that. I take them in the morning with a few other supplements on an empty stomach and have had no issues. Read more
