I was very impressed with this product. I wore these with a dress that I couldn’t wear a bra, and expected them to lose the stickiness before the day was over. I ended up falling asleep later that night with them on and they stayed perfectly in place. And the good thing is when they were taken off there was no pain or stickiness left on my skin. This was the perfect solution in order to not have to wear a bra. I hate strapless bras feeling like they will fall off all day, but these kept my clothing item free of any thing poking out. This product works well! It didn't come with instructions so I followed the pictures in the ad. I am 5'6, 135lbs and have DDs. This tape held up very well, all day. I did sweat, but not much. Tape never budged. Do NOT rip it off quickly. That is painful. Apply to dry skin with no lotion for best staying power. Read more

I am a breast tape rookie, but needed an option for a certain outfit that was not bra friendly. Instructions would have helped! The box has stick on patches and a roll of breast tape. I ended up watching some you tube videos to figure out what to do with this, and was able to make it work.
