I’ve seriously been a habitual user of the purple and white Desitin. But my son has been having extremely redness in his region that I could not get to go away it just would stay irritated. One night using the stuff and we woke up this morning and all redness is completely gone. It is thick like Desitin it stays on it’s smooth and the minute I touch his skin with it he doesn’t act like it bothers him which when I would put the Desitin on it did. I’m telling you the all natural ingredients I think along with the zinc and the aloe is what sold it for me I don’t see too many on the market that have aloe and I really think the aloe is what soothes his skin. My opinion, don’t hesitate to buy this it is not watery it is thick it doesn’t have a strong smell which is nice and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Also let it be known that I am not a fan of the other butt creams in this brand that they have out the red one or the yellow but this green with the aloe is everything! Read more

I have tried so many different diaper rash pastes (Triple Paste, Desitin, petroleum jelly (that I got from the hospital), and Boudreaux's Extra Strength and Original pastes), but this one by far was the best. My daughter has been a frequent pooper since she was born. She got a horrible diaper rash when she was about 6 months old and had a little stomach bug, causing her to have diarrhea/frequent poops. Even with water wipes, unscented diapers and letting her go naked and air out, I felt she still battled diaper rash. I finally decided to order new diaper paste, and thought to give this a try since it had the Aloe Vera - and YES! It is the BEST. Helped to heal her skin, and her butt looked so much better after just one day of using this. So now, if I feel she looks a little red on her butt, I put this on and BOOM - cute little baby butt is saved. Read more

Love this diaper rash cream. I use it daily and it is cloth diaper safe. It does stain the diaper with white, but it is not noticeable in a significant way. I have two tubes: one at home and one in the diaper bag. I have this on subscribe and save and love having this cloth diaper safe cream. Read more

I've tried Babyganics, Honest Company and some other natural brands and I love this product the best. I like the consistency which is slightly sticky and almost gooey-like, it sticks to my baby's butt and soothes her. The other natural products seem to dissipate on the skin and collect in the creases and also don't seem to reduce redness and irritation as well as this product does. Ive also tried the original version of this product and I also like it. It reduces redness with one application! The original also smells great, like cupcakes to me (almost! lol). Read more

First time trying the aloe butt paste (we normally use the maximum strength boundreaux butt paste in the red container) my husband used it on our toddler,we noticed the smell is still the same. (Chalky scent) it's easy to spread and it's easier to clean than the red container butt paste. Our toddler normally gets fussy when we apply butt paste but when we applied this one he didn't freak out or fuss about it. I'm assuming it's the calming effects that aloe has which is a win for us and our babies.Consumer suggestion: I only wish boundreaux's butt paste had a better smell because all of their butt paste products have a bit of an unpleasant chalcky harsh scent to them.Overall we would buy this product again and we recommend it for infants and toddlers that are easily rash prone,or get fussy while trying to apply rash ointments. Works better than Vaseline, Desitin, the regular (red) version of Butt Paste, and Triple Paste--and makes me feel better knowing there are fewer chemicals going on my baby's skin (it's dye-free, aluminum-free, phthalate-free & paraben-free). Read more

i use this stuff for every skin problem that ails me. acne, healing scars, scratches, sunburns, stretchmarks. it is magic. i have adult acne that cannot be prevented (it seems), but when i have a zit coming on i start applying butt paste in the morning (after washing, toner, butt paste rubbed in, and then moisturizer, primer, whatever) and at night (same order, but i normally don't rub it in). while it does not prevent that zit (nothing can!) it shortens its life by at least half. it comes to a head normally by morning, then (tmi warning) i pop it and apply more butt paste to the wound. by the next day it's already mostly healed. it's magic and i love it. wish the natural variety were more widely available, but amazon is quick enough. I've been using this diaper cream basically every day since my son was born 17 months ago. It's awesome. He's gotten diaper rash on a few occasions, but this does a great job of preventing it and treating it if it does occurIt also doesn't have a strong scent. Its more the texture of a lotion than a thick cream (think a & d)I've used it with fleece, microfiber, hemp, bamboo, cotton, and microfleece cloth diapers as well as terry and polycotton wipes without any buildup or staining Read more
