I used to buy Solgar Oat Bran capsules which were so easy to swallow & worked well. Since they stopped producing their product, I have struggled to find a decent replacement. I have now purchased Botanic Choice oat bran two times & am satisfied with the product as it is easy enough to swallow (not as nice as a capsule) but I could not find a capsule that was purely oat bran. The Oat Bran Container indicated that it had a an "outer safety seal" for the consumer's protection. Also indicating that if the seal was not intact, the consumer should not accept if the seal was missing or broken. The container I received did NOT have a safety seal. Nor did have an internal safety seal under the cap. I was unwilling to take any of these fiber tablets. I threw them away and requested a refund. Read more

I have been looking for oatbran pills for years. I used to take oat bran pills with molasses from GNC for weight loss. This is not the same but I am using it for the fiber content. I am very pleased with it and I have ordered at least three bottles so far and will continue to do so. It's a part of my vitamins daily now. Read more
