I have taken these for a week and every day, twice a day I have had a panic as a pill would not go down and I'm gulping glasses of water and heading to my wife in case I need the Heimlich maneuver. I have taken so many supplements and pills in my life. Pills as big as these and no problems. I tried to just hold the pill in my mouth to cover it in saliva and that didn't work. I was very careful to line it up to do straight down, no good. I made sure to have a big swallow of water, nope. I cut them in half and that was worse. Now I have twice as many pills to get down and have stuck in my throat.These pills are not worth dying for. Read more
