First, this is NOT your typical protein powder. Adjust your expectations accordingly! This is a protein isolate. Think "more concentrated, less extra stuff"... This means it isn't going to dissolve as well as most protein shake mixes. It's going to stay a bit gritty. It also has fewer carbs than most protein powders (why I buy it). This protein doesn’t dissolve well in a blender or matter of fact it doesn’t dissolve at all lol, every time u drink it you taste the powder.Also the ingredients aren’t healthy at all, if you look up on google “what ingredients should not be in your protein shake” I swear 90% percent of the ingredients of this protein powder are in that article and when they explain why it shouldn’t be in protein powder, theres a clear explanation that this protein is CHEAP and theirs lots of reasons for it.If your trying to get in shape and you go cheap with it, theirs no point in doing all this hard work to get in shape and then feeding your body crap that won’t benefit you at all. Might as well spend the extra money for a healthier protein powder that doesn’t involve unhealthy ingredients.This protein is full of preservatives and it’s made just so that company can make lots of money with big profit margins while giving customers the cheapest “bang for their buck” protein because the quality is excluded from it clearly. My favorite protein powder. It is good quality, great price, and I drink it every morning. I always mix with almond milk, a couple of teaspoons of decaf instant coffee, a little stevia, cocoa powder, and a scoop of the Body Fortress protein powder. I think this stuff mixes fairly well and taste better than any other protein I have had. It also doesn't give me gas like regular whey protein does. This is the cheapest I have found it. I read the other bad reviews and laughed! My experience was completely different. Thought the taste was excellent and tasted no grit in the vanilla flavor. I'm on my second container of the Vanilla Creme Flavor. I have to say I was concerned with what pure Isolate Powder would taste like and didn't want to ruin the good thing I had going with the previous yummy protein concentrate powder I had been using. Well low and behold this protein powder tastes fantastic! It is unrecognizable as an isolate powder even when mixed solely with cold water. I actually really like this. I never had the older version that people are throwing pitchforks for but here is my review.I like the taist! It almost reminds me of cake batter flaver.Textures are kinda gritty. Well comparable to pepto but not bad.It's not super thick, but I only mix mine with water. It literally suppressed my hunger for three plus hours. Mixes very well, I haven't had an issue with it sticking or clumping.
