Very misleading. We purchased back at the end of January with the idea of using it with our daughter as our sole stroller. Our daughter was born in February so she still is in a infant car seat. On the website and amazon it said you could purchase the adapter with no info at the time that the old adaptors didn’t work. The old ones were even at the “purchased also” section on amazon. So we purchased something that does not work. We have yet to actually use the stroller with our daughter because we can’t yet. However we have used it with friends kids and when we babysit ... we have found a few things odd.1. No adaptor and misleading marketing. Along with all other add ons. For the price I would think a cup holder would be nice.2. Break is painful on foot.3. Hood lifts up on the side and sun is in the child’s eyes.4. Stroller folds out so whatever you lean it up against will get the seat your child sits in dirty. Unlike the old models where that part is protected. What we like ...1. Very smooth (5 Stars)2. Lots of storageIn the end .. if you have an infant now and want to use it now this is not the stroller for you as the adapter does not have a date for release. We had to go buy another stroller to use.Update: June 26,2020 .. We have now used this stroller for 2 months as we had to wait until our daughter could sit in the seat bc they still don’t have car seat adapters. Same issues as above but have some added ones.Love1. Zipper shut bottom storage. We don’t loose anything.2. Easy to clean fabric.3. Straps are extremely adjustable.4. Inside stroller pockets. Great for her toys.5. Frame is perfect size to fit a clip on fan. (We live in Southern California so it gets warm often.)Needs Work:1. Hand Break is in an odd spot. You can’t hold onto the handle bar without it getting in the way. Hard to squeeze.2. Goes to the right a lot when in walk mode. Still figuring out why.Running UPDATE Oct 10,2020Now that our daughter is 8 months the doctor has given my husband the ok to run with her. We have found 2 problems.1. The stroller does not go straight. It pulls hard. So hard my husband cannot run with her.2. Wheel is extremely squeaky. Read more
The media could not be loaded. (UPDATE 5 July 2020/EDIT at the bottom of this review)Bought this June 2020 and the label shows it was made March 2020.DISCLAIMER: This is our first Jogger (we own a regular Britax stroller that is great for sidewalks and pavement) and we haven't used this BOB yet for running/jogging... this is day one for us.Upon opening the box, I noticed that it was stuffed pretty badly into the box, the wheel axles were poking into the stroller fabric (luckily, no damage done so no biggie). It wasn't too hard to assemble with instructions in hand. This stroller looks and moves great! My son was comfy in the seat and fell asleep a couple of minutes into our walk. I definitely plan on keeping this thing. I really wanted to write this since my wife and I put in a few hours of research into different brands and older model BOBs.... and I wanted to hopefully give you all an upfront review of this thing. Here are some things I noticed that may deter some of you (remember I haven't run or jogged with this yet):- Canopy - The canopy doesn't fully cover the stroller sides. If you try to pull it down to cover one side, the other side is exposed slightly (see pictures). Now to me, this isn't a huge issue, but for the cost... it definitely sucks. We noticed the sun slightly peeked through the opening during an evening walk.- Standing up the stroller and the auto-lock - It may take some getting used to but this stroller isn't that easy to stand up from the folded position. The auto-lock feature on one side of the stroller is tough to undo and looks to be made of some cheap rubber that I'm afraid to pull on too hard, which may cause it to bend and not function.- Hand Brake - The brake is slightly stiff, maybe some use of it might help. Some people complained about it but I know there are some Youtube videos on how to adjust it.That is really it... I didn't expect this thing to be perfect. If you're expecting top-notch quality all around then expect to be disappointed. I'll try to update this if I encounter any issues with running/jogging. Hope this helps!UPDATE (June 2020): so Day 3 and we’ve taken this stroller on some pretty rugged trails, it works great! Buuuut there is one more issue:- Right Wheel: when our son is reclined all the way back, the stroller’s right wheel squeals (I did read about this issue on another person’s review, she exaggerated it a bit, it’s not super noisy) I uploaded a video so you can hear this for yourself... this thing is 3 days old. Again, it’s a great stroller, but it has its issues. Finally, I tried posting a review on Bob Gear’s site but it doesn’t seem to have posted. Be aware that most of the reviews on there are from people that got the thing for free.Update July 5 2020: so we’ve used this on a few trails and love it. It handles great and the baby sleeps well even with bumpy terrain. We did call Bob/Britax about a small tear in our canopy that was there from the start, and they complete replaced the entire stroller (had to ship back the old one). We noticed with the newer one (April manufacturing date) that the foot and hand brakes work better. Bumping this review up from 3 stars to 4. Read more
Just what we needed to go for nice walk on trails while baby is taking a nap without feel the road, is a little heavy but is very easy to driveI put 4 stars because i order a snack tray and is not compatible for this model and the cargo basket is not to bigBut the rest is amazing i really like it Read more
