Like this stuff but I think it's pretty overpriced. you can buy 600 grams of optimum creapure creatine for $14 on amazon, which would last you 120 days at 5g a day. This comes out to $3.50 for a 30 day supply. You can also find it cheaper if you buy in larger quantity. Then, I would go with Met-RX HMB for $24 on amazon. They have 90 count of 1000mg pills that will last 30 days taking the recommended 3g a day dose. They also use metabolic technologies for their HMB, which is the same exact company Blonyx gets their HMB from. So $3.50 for 30 days of creapure at 5gs a day, plus $24 for 30 days of HMB at 3gs a day equals $27.50 (over half as cheap) for pretty much the same product using the same HMB and possibly better creatine. Many say creatine is creatine, but I don't find that to be true. I am not sure if it is the combo with HMB and a high quality creatine or not, but I have had the best results off this product and have reordered (mostly through Blonyx) 7 or 8 times now. I have tried just about every legal supplement out there for building muscle and the only things I feel truly work are creatine and protein. If you are working out hard and are looking to gain strength, or are into an active lifestyle and want to gain some lean muscle then this product will not disappoint. Read more
This is all you need if you want to maximize the benefits of fasting workouts. Yes working out on an empty stomach will increase your body's fat burning ability but it will also cause your body to break down muscle for energy. Your body can break down muscle faster than fat for energy. By taking Blonyx HMB plus creatine pre-workout you will prevent this and still burn a lot of fat.
