I started breastfeeding at the hospital. I wanted to exclusively breastfeed atleast the three months I was on maternity leave. My nurse kept feeding my baby bottles. I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now. I usually take two capsules with breakfast and dinner. When my son started preferring bottles, my supply tanked and I was desperate to get it back because he did not do well with formula. After a couple of weeks I was able to increase my supply to 45-50 oz a day easily. When I first started I was barely getting 35 oz with multiple power pump sessions a day.
