If you are really in tune with your body you know when a product is working or not. I do give products a chance to work or not. After a couple of weeks I do feel the difference using this product. Although I will not get a blood draw for another couple of months and can not verify measured results yet; I can tell the difference this product makes for me. I've been taking this 7 days now. 1 pill at bedtime. From the very first morning my blood sugar was down to 122 and has gone down every morning to a normal 96 this morning.
