I stopped taking the "skin, hair and nails" supplements because I could get a higher potency and the two active ingredients 2 supplements separately, higher does and for less money in the long run, (per month) and this is the biotin that I picked and the one I love. You dissolve it in your mouth, I put it under my tongue & it tastes good. I also purchased a huge bottle of collegian 1 and 3, (2 does nothing for your skin, nails or hair, just 1 &3). I use them both every night before bed. My nails don't chip or rip - no brittleness at all. Even my thinning eyelashes are full enough to curl and look full on their own with little mascara. Absolutely works to stop hair loss or at least slow it down to almost normal. The 5000mg is recommended for that. The quick dissolve is very helpful - I prefer it. I am writing this review after finishing the complete bottle. I saw lot of good review about the product and bought it however it has not helped me at all. My hair fall has not reduced by 1%. I did have good food and multivitamin along with it but it did not help, think twice before spending on it. I also did some research and found that biotin we get from our daily supplement and there is a very rare chance that someone will have biotin deficiency.
