UPDATE: So as others have mentioned, I started breaking out with cystic acne. Not a bunch but enough to make me lower my dosage to one a day vs two and if it doesn't stop then stop all together. Its a shame because it is a potent product. Not everyone reacts this way. My daughter is able to take it with no issues. This isn't an issue with this product in particular, but with biotin all together. Bummer.I only got these last week. I have taken them every day so the effects as far as hair growth are to be determined. HOWEVER, my hair stopped falling out by about 80% almost immediately. I have a LOT of hair.
