I have used biotene oral rinse for dry mouth for several years. This was recommended by my Dentist due to the factthat dry mouth can lead to cavaties sometimes under the gums. Who would want that? Before starting to use bioteneI did have some issues that were a direct cause of having a dry mouth. I would highly recommend this. No alcohol.And there are many rinses that have alcohol in them.
