I've been taking these herbs for over 10 years and I just won't go without them. My mom told me about them years ago and when my hair started falling out from stress, I took these and wow - my hair never looked better. As I am middle aged now I take them to prevent hair loss. When I stop taking them, my hair starts thinning out. This product is amazing. I can no longer find it at the supplement store in town so I am sooooooooo glad I can find it online. I actually notice it working better using the original BaoShi over the Baoshi for women, but it is hard to find that one anymore. Anyway - try it - it's amazing and makes your nails grow too. The Bao Shi Herb Blend is NOT what is shown in photo, but is as follows:Bao Shi Herb BLend 1200 mg: fleeceflower root, eclipta, poria cocos, gotu kola, ligustrum fruit, rosemary leaf, stinging nettle leaf.So do not make the mistake I made, buying THIS one (as well as another sellers' Bao Shi, because I THOUGHT there were TWO DIFF kinds based on what their photo of ingred's showed...there is only ONE version now that had the Bao Shi Herb Blend containing fleeceflower root, etc. etc.(the photo of label with ingred's showing on this listing where the Bao Shi Herb blend contains: Ho Shou Wa, Han Lien Tsao, Fu Ling, Di Chien, etc. does NOT exist!). It helped a friend of mine, but didn't work well for me. I've been using this product faithfully as directed on the bottle for 1-1/2 years and I'm still losing hair at an alarming rate. When I started taking Bao Shi for women, I felt like I had already lost a quarter of my hair, and then, 1-1/2 years later, I've now lost half of my hair, (this is all judging by how thin my ponytail has gotten from where it used to be). The Bao Shi could be slowing my hair loss down, and it appears that some hairs are growing back because there are shorter ones, but not as much as is falling out. Maybe it would be worse without using it, but it's hard to tell, and I'm going to stop using it unless I see that things get a lot worse afterwards.Following up a few months later - I stopped taking Bao Shi for Women in November and my hair loss seems to have actually slowed down since I stopped taking it, so I am not going to go back to it. I might be one of the few that it does not work for. Read more

i''m on my 2nd bottle even though my friend who recommended told me give it 3 months use and also the label on the bottle said the same, i'm a happy customer within my 2 months already. My front and back hair were horrible, now it's getting better and my hair grew a lot. so since this pills is green products i might use it for a long time and see what happen. Read more

This product was recommended to me when I complained about my thinning hair. I am 65 and of course have gone through a series of losses. The change in my hair was a bit too much. I started using these supplements four months ago am absolutely pleased with the results so far There is definitely regrowth and at least 85% improvement in quality. This product fulfills its claims.
