I love this product and have bought it in a salon and on Amazon once before but this time when I bought it something was different. The cream has a different texture and smell and does not moisturize nearly as much as previous purchases. I don't know what happened this time because this normally is an excellent cream. I used it for a week and my skin was not moisturized at all - but having used this product in the past I know that's not right. Bought this in June but just opened to use it last week. I've used both Absolute and Crucial Moisture for several years. Have purchased my last 3-4 jars through Amazon. I know these products !! I have loved these products. This last jar is definitely NOT the real product! I'm very dissatisfied with what is either a cheap imitation or a bad batch which should have failed QC checks! How can I buy anything with confidence here again? Packaging looks real except that the inner lid-liner is not embossed with the Bioelements name. The cream is not what it should be...does not moisturize at all. No delightful "natural fragrance". I'm soooo bummed. Read more

I haven't been happy with my facial moisturizer for a while so I went back to what I was happy with which was Bioelements. I wear a mask every day for work and use the stress relief. It really helps to clear up the acne I get due to the rubbing on my face. I use this over it which is light. It moisturizes like nothing else I have used. Read more

Consistency isn't the same as previous purchases I can't commit to another purchase because of this and the sealing of the product wasn't completly sealed as if the moisturizer was replaced . It is suppose the be creamy with no chunks or flaking effects on the skin. Sorry but this isn't the product as paid for nor the same as previously purchased. I always assumed I had oily skin and used oil-free moisturizer. Turns out my skin was actually dry and overproducing sebum to compensate. This was a great, lightweight moisture that helped remedy that. My only complaint is that it's tiny and costs so much money. If I'm ever in a more financially-flexible place, this will be my go-to. I have got to say, I never ever had a problem with acne until I ditched my birth control.Then within a few months, all hell broke loose.For over a year, I did not want to go back on the pill (for my own personal reasons) and I felt I had tried EVERYTHING.Finally, I tried out a facial as a friend had suggested. The esthetican recommended Bioelements and I fell in LOVE.NO other brand has worked like this for me. and I've tried EVERYTHING. From neutrogena to proactiv to home remedies to panoxyl and everything in between including expensive dermatologist visits and microdermabrasion. Now, with the combination of regular facials and using the Bioelements decongestant cleanser, absolute moisture or beyond hydration (with the change of the seasons I switch), and the pumice peel 2-3x a week, my skin has improved DRASTICALLY in the past 3 months than it ever has in the year and a half I've been suffering from terrible HORMONAL acne.I only use benzol peroxide cream to spot treat once or twice every 2 weeks or so. I've basically cut that out of my skin care regimed completely.I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT BIOELEMENTS. SIMPLY AMAZING.I will stick with them for as long as I can.One more tidbit, if you are a sufferer of acne and feel nothing is working, SEE AN ESTHETICIAN. I think this is a personal thing rather than a product thing, but it can leave me feeling greasy. I bought it at the end of winter/beginning of spring (I live in Virginia) and we have a wood stove that really dries out my skin. During the cold months this stuff worked great but during the summer it has made me oily and clogs my pores. Hoping it doesn't get that "old" smell and go bad before fall so I can at least use it up. I user Bioelements Absolute Moisture primarily in the spring, summer, and fall. It is a very lightweight moisturizer with no sunscreen. I use a liquid foundation and can't stand oily/greasy feel of a heavy moisturizer under my foundation. This fits the bill. As I live in the Midwest, I do use a heavier moisturizer in the winter months when the horrific cold combined with forced air heat takes its toll on my skin.
