I won't go into details here, other than to say I'm really happy with this product. The suppositories were easy to use (didn't have the problems others experienced with broken pieces). My first batch from my Naturopath were crumbly like another review said, my doc said got them somewhere else and she thought the expiration date might have been iffy. but the ones I got from Amazon were solid and they didn't fall apart. She recommended to keep them in the fridge which helps too. Not to get too personal, but after my hysterectomy, everything dried up. With the menopausal bio-identical hormone topical oil by Bezwecken that I take orally twice a day, my hot flashes went away. and with these suppositories, my husband and I have been able to resume activity again.
