Baobab has a slight citrus taste and I add a teaspoon of it to a bottle of water with a little stevia to make a very hydrating (has all the electrolytes you need) and also a great about of soluble fiber. I drink it before and after sports, working out or going out in the Florida heat. Read more

I love Better Body Foods, I’ve tried multiple items from them and haven’t been disappointed. The energy blend arrived quickly. I needed a quick afternoon snack today, I threw a scoop into a glass of cold water. The powder dissolved quickly just by stirring with a spoon, flavor is mild (which is great so you can add it to smoothies and baked items no problem).
