I just received my product the tablet is big but easy to swallow I must say doesn't stuck down my throat it's smooth no friction. I'm using this for my skin and hair and nails. MSM does work at fighting hair loss, but it's not the cure. I've found it is best suited to accompanying a treatment like Minoxidil or Finasteride.If you want thicker hair this is for you, but if you're suffering from hair loss I'd personally recommend Regaine (Rogaine), it's a more expensive product but it's the only FDA approved treatment for hair loss, it's also the most effective treatment I've used and am still using.
