The scent was so overwhelming and I’m allergic to it. It’s not meant for sensitive people. It was so bad I couldn’t even put it in the trash can. I had to put it outside immediately in the garbage. I would’ve returned it, but it wasn’t packed well and a lot of spilled out all over the box upon arrival in the mail. And I honestly didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle of customer service and holding onto a product I was allergic to. I recommend the Mustela cradle cap shampoo instead. I switched to this shampoo after my daughters other one was sold out. This has helped clear her skin up and make it not so dry especially in these winter months! Gentle enough for newborn skin. No smell at all. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good shampoo/body wash (2 in 1 yay) that has good natural ingredients! I love the clean, fresh smell! It's also a really thick formula so you don't need a lot to get the job done. I like that it's not the typical 'baby' smell, it smells so nice that I use it when I'm in the bath:) It also doesn't burn my baby's eyes, which is a nice bonus. I do feel like this is a little expensive, however since I don't use a lot per bath I don't mind the expense. I have five children under 7 and this bottle will last at least 2 months. Great product. Not what I expected, my daughter has eczema and it hasn't helped. They claim it's tear free when it's not. The extra star is for the good ingredients they claim are there and for being sulfate free. We almost finished the product, but will be looking for something with organic ingredients that I can read and understand. Read more

The scent is amazing. Light and sweet, the perfect baby smell. Gentle on eyes and seemed to address my toddler’s stubborn cradle cap. Improvement after 2 uses, big difference in 2 weeks.Downside: dried her skin on arms and legs tremendously. I think I can only use this as a shampoo going forward.
