I like this brush. It's not a dupe for the Sigma E35, but it works very similarly. I only buy cruelty free brushes now so I'm glad I found these. It has more of a pointed tip, which I like. It's great blending your transition color in the crease, but I like it even more for the outer corner of the eye. I'm glad I bought this and will be buying a few more. The fact that it's pink and adorable is a bonus. Read more

I've waited quite a while before writing this review as I wanted to see how the brush held up over many washings. Well, now that I have washed this brush a few dozen times, it looks as good as the day it arrived! I am not a professional MUA but I do love to apply and wear makeup and have come to appreciate that there really are some tools that make a huge difference in how the finished face looks. This brush is one of those tools that after using, you will realize is an absolute must in every collection. I never use this brush for applying color directly; I only use it for blending out my inner corner/crease...you know that good 'ol windshield wiper action?! It is what brings the entire look together and takes care of any uneven or harsh edges. It doesn't pick up (meaning remove from the lid) too much shadow either; it merely blends it out like it should. I know that there are many other brands at much higher price points and that this style of brush is not uncommon but this particular one has held up beautifully so why pay more?! Plus, I love the pink handle and soft bristles because it stands out and is just so cute and feminine. Read more

I like this brush. So far, I have really liked all my Bdellium brushes. I have four different types of Bdellium brushes. This one is just a tad stiffer than I expected, but I think as long as one has a gentle hand, then this is a good brush. I use it for putting product in my crease and blending product around in my socket area. It is very soft and I like the pink color. Although, I must admit I like the yellow Bdellium normally uses. I agree with another reviewer--they remind me of school pencils and that is not a negative association for me. :) I would definitely recommend this brush. I think these are good brushes for the price. Read more

This brush is LOVELY. I recently bought a large makeup brush set, but I wasn't particularly thrilled with the blending brushes, and I really wanted one shaped like this one to add to my collection. I was considering buying a MAC 217 brush, or a comparable Sigma one (the E35 or 40, I believe), but I ended up going with this one to save a little money and many of the other reviews convinced me that this was a good buy. I finally received it today, and tried it for the first time, and all I can say is WOW. My eyeshadow has the perfectly smooth and gradient look I wanted, and it was so easy. I tried it out with my new Lorac palette and I am just in LOVE. It's very soft and effective while also being cruelty free. I absolutely love my newest addition to my brush collection. Read more

Bdellium Tools has quickly become my favorite brand of brushes. The 785 is no exception! I use this brush every single day to apply my transition shade & blend out any harsh lines. It does a tremendous job applying both cream & powder products. The slightly tapered shape perfectly applies color to the crease while blending at the same time. No skipping or patchiness, just smoothly blended shadow every time. I cannot believe the quality of Bdellium Tools considering the price. They feel & look luxurious & maintain their shape through repeated use & washings. I have much more expensive brushes, but I am always reaching for my Bdellium brushes. Everyone needs this brush in their collection! Read more

I have had this brush for about 5 years now. No problems with shedding and it’s great for applying eyeshadow. Read more

I purchased this brush because I needed a brush to define my crease and add depth. I have tried Bdellium tools once before. I had purchased the 957 face brush and fell in love so decided I would grow my collection. These brushes are so soft and the quality is great. This brush came in and smelled of hard wood and glue which is fine since i wash my brushes before using when i order new brushes.I already own Sigma's E35 and E40 and this brush is not a dupe but similar. The BD 785 is tapered so it applies color precisely unlike the E35, E40 which are rounded for blending. The BD 785 is not as full as the E35 and E40 but thats what makes it better for applying color. Love Bdellium will buy more ! Read more

This brush compares favorably with some MUCH more expensive brushes. (I own MAC, Urban Decay, and Laura Mercier, to name a few.) It is nice a fluffy, and has held up for about a month now very well. I intend to purchase more Bdellium Tools brushes! This brush is a bit larger than I wanted for my crease because I have small eyes, so just a note there. It is FANTASTIC for blending out colors, though!! (better than my MAC.) Read more
