I've been using this product for 20 years. I'm loyal to it, because it's the only moisture cream that does not sit on my hair. It actually penetrates and soaks in and doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy (after about 2 hours of drying.I have that biracial hair. I have to wet it, daily, to comb and style it. So, I need to apply moisturizer to it, while it's wet. This you can apply wet or dry. And the clincher? After it dries, you can curl your hair with a curling iron and the product doesn't prevent you from doing that. Most oil moisturizers, you can't curl your hair with a curling iron.This can also be used on Caucasian hair that is dry and needs a bit of moisture on their ends.I don't know why this is not more popular. I have spent my life searching for the perfect hair conditioner/moisturizer. I have coarse, frizzy, curly hair and most of the leave-in conditioner type products I have tried were less than satisfactory. They have been too greasy, they have left my hair crunchy and dry feeling, they have caused tangling, they have been sticky or too thick. My favorite one began causing me scalp irritation after a while, probably because it was heavily fragranced and I have very sensitive skin Then I find this stuff and I love it. It softens hair and helps with frizz without making my hair greasy, tacky or stiff. I was worried because it does contain fragrance...like most all hair products :(... but fragrance is very low on the ingredients list, and it doesn't seem to irritate my skin after several months of use. 5 stars.
