In preparation for my bariatric surgery my doctor informed me that my D3 was low. I wanted to buy something that I would be able to use after surgery and this seems to fit the bill. I haven't had any issues with it. I tried opening it up and dissolving it in my water but it didn't work. For now I can swallow the pills and after surgery I will add it to my soft foods. I can not tell if it is bringing my levels up as I just started it. Read more

Too expensive. And the capsules are very large. I discontinued using this brand for vitamin d. Wouldn't recommend, there are better, smaller and less expensive ones out there. Read more
