As a pre workout it does everything I want and provides a good amount of caffeine I need without being to much. Im not one to take huge overfilling scoops of pre workout normally so I assumed to get 28 to 30 servings at least. But no I maybe got around 24 or 25 which imo is way off from the described 30. With most pres I can use huge scoops and not worry about running out prematurely but be careful with this one. I wish i could give it 5 because flavors and what's in it seems great but this seems a little unacceptable. Read more
