Love this section plate. I originally had one that was silicone, until I realized it started to smell like our dawn soap I used and then started effecting his food and I instantly felt like a horrible parent. Thanks to the bamboo it is a simple quick wash after and is as good as new. Such a fun plate for my 17 month old as he lives his fish. I was thinking three sections would be nice, but two is all you really need for hot and cold foods. The higher sides help prevent for spills. And the section isn't too bad to my surprise. I comes up every now and then but not to the point when he can do it himself. Because of this, he doesn't seem to try and mess with it anymore. I also purchased the bowl and spoon to match for other options. Only advise is to not cut on it like a cutting board and since after each meal to avoid staining. :) Read more
They are exactly as pictured, I like the 2 sections instead of three for snacks, I use the 3 section plates for meals and this one of 2: for fruit and cheese or maybe some veggies and then the dip on the side (peanut butter, yogurt, etc.) so it helps my LO know she will have a snack instead of a full meal in between lunch and dinner.
