We have always used Bambo Nature diapers and we were over the moon when they introduced skin products too. This lotion is so smooth, soft and leaves babies skin in perfect condition after bath (using Bambo Nature Hair and Body Wash of course). We love these products for being eco-friendly, dye free, fragrance free and any other kind of 'free' that you will like to see in something going on your babies skin. This is a nice cream, but I do prefer a soft scented cream for my kids. While I do not like strong scents that are overpowering, I do like a nice light scent to my creams, especially snuggle time, which seems like a night time soothing cream. The consistency of the cream is nice, it goes on well and we did not have any allergic reactions, which is great since my son has more sensitive skin. I liked the cream and felt it was nicely moisturizing, just wish it had a light scent and that it was a completely organic cream, not just partially so. Read more

Babies, and some adults, have sensitive skin. Tammy and I often babysit her beautiful, precocious grandniece, Claire. Claire has sensitive skin; unfortunately, her Aunt Tammy also has sensitive skin. Bambo Nature Snuggle Time Body Lotion is perfect for both of them. They apply it liberally over their entire bodies, including their faces, after swimming in Tammy’s parents’ in ground pool. I’ve also used it myself. I’ve put it on my face after getting out of the shower. Many body lotions can’t be used on my face. They contain too much alcohol that will dry out my facial skin and turn it red and irritated within a week. Bambo won’t do this. I can use it all over my body (literally all over my body) and not experience any allergic reactions. Tammy and Claire haven’t experienced any allergic reactions either. The white, creamy lotion doesn’t have any fragrance. This is fine with me. I don’t want to smell like flowers. Also, I squirt Obsession for Men on me before leaving my condo. The Bambo lotion comes in a small 3.4 fluid ounce travel-size bottle that is easy to take anywhere. I carry it with me in my “man bag” whenever we go to Tammy’s parents’ home to swim. The lotion is easy to squeeze out of its plastic tube. (It did arrive with a seal to prevent tampering and leakage during shipment.) I didn't know anything about the manufacturer. So, my first job was to find out about them.Abena (the manufacturer of the Bambo Nature products) is a family-owned company headquartered in Denmark. I couldn't find a negative review about their brand and so far my experience with the product is great. So, I have positive thoughts about them for now.Some of the features I liked about this body lotion is:- There is absolutely no scent.- It has certified organic ingredients- Most of the ingredients are natural but the rest are the generic ingredients that you can find in all lotions- The cream itself is not that viscous or thick- It is not greasy- Skin absorbs the lotion easily and fast.The Organic ingredients are aloe vera leaf extract, coconut oil and shea butter. It was also stated that glycerin was made using organic ingredients. There isn't any statement about other ingredients.My overall experience is great and I can recommend this product. Read more

Overall I do like this product but there are some things to be aware of before buying. While the front label says "Natural and Organic Certified" only 23 percent of the ingredients are certified organic ingredients. 99 percent of the ingredients are from natural origins so that's better, but if you're buying this for its organic properties you may be disappointed.With that out of the way I can say that I am overall pleased with the product itself. It has absolutely no scent, which may be a bonus for some but for a snuggle time lotion I actually prefer a lavender scent. That, combined with the actual percentage of organic ingredients is why this product is getting 4 stars instead of 5. However, it has a thinner consistency than most lotions on the market, without being runny, which allows it to absorb more easily into the skin. This is great because it allows me to easily massage it into my three year old's skin and she can also massage it in without leaving a mess when she decides (demands) she want to do it herself. She has very sensitive skin and the products that don't cause her to have a reaction are far and few between. This is one of the few that has not caused her to have any type of reaction at all.Overall I am pleased with the product and the results and will buy it in the future for when my daughter insists on applying lotion herself since my preferred brand is too thick for her to massage in by herself. I just think they should be more upfront on the front of the packaging about the percentage of organic ingredients. Read more

I am using this lotion for myself and I am very pleased with it!It has a nice consistency- not too thick or thin. A little goes a long way as it spreads nicely. It absorbs fairly quickly and does not leave a greasy feel. I am an obsessive hand washer and my hands get so dry that they crack and bleed around my knuckles and I get scaly patches near my wrists. I have tried many lotions over the years and none have been as effective as this Bambo Nature lotion. It has healed my dry skin almost completely though I have not changed my handwashing routine. It is a relief to not have skin get so dry that it hurts.I like that this lotion is natural and organic. I also like that it is truly fragrance free. I highly recommend! Read more
