I discovered this stuff at a salon a few years ago when I got my hair colored and this is what they used on me.My hair is long, thin and fine and gets ridiculously stupidly tangled almost immediately after brushing.That all changed using this stuff. I have used this brand and type of shampoo/conditioner for 2-3 years, and have even purchased it from this vendor before. What I received in January 2019 was definitely not authentic. I had some of my old product left when my new purchase arrived so I was able to compare the two. The old shampoo and conditioner were purchased for me by my hairstylist from the specialty shop where she buys all her products. My purchase from Amazon seemed to be so close in scent and texture that I couldn't tell them apart. I just love these products. They are the only shampoo and conditioner that have left my hair soft, manageable and shiny. I have tried so many shampoos and conditioners that claimed they would make my hair soft and manageable, but did not. Even after I had a Balayage coloring that left my hair dry and damaged. I also use the shine serum which works great, it calms my frizzy hair and makes it look smooth without being oily or greasy. I use the "Wet" brand name shower brush after applying the conditioner in the shower to comb out the tangles starting at the ends (I have very long hair). Then I do a very quick rinse of the conditioner so I leave some of it in to keep my hair easier to manage. It doesn't make my hair greasy. Hope they keep this formula, just love it! Read more

I have used this shampoo and conditioner for several years and have never tired of it. Every once in a while I decide to try something different because of advertising but I always come back to Bain de Terre Passion Flower. Nothing else leaves my very fine, color treated hair feeling so soft and silky. And the shampoo and conditioner BOTH smell really good! Usually only one or the other smells good but in this case, they both have this soft fruity-floral scent that lasts for days! I can still smell it a week later! I have hesitated giving a review on this because I selfishly didn't want it to sell out (if it gets discontinued). This is working better for my red and brown highlights than any of the high end systems I’ve tried. The conditioner is light enough that it can be used as a leave in when needed. It smells very nice and the shampoo seems really good, however the conditioner is SO WATERY it leads me to think this is not a genuine product. I have thick, but not overly dry hair and I applied a TON of conditioner but it doesnt seem to have any impact at all. I am sure i will run out of the conditioner like 4x faster than the shampoo, so I am sure I will be switching to something else rather quickly. I read a lot of reviews where people raved about this, but i should have dug a little deeper I guess. The conditioner is exactly what i got from the salon. Works well. First time trying the shampoo so i have nothing to compare it too. Neither make my hair greasy. After one-two washes with the shampoo, I was told by two people my hair looked blonder, which I'm ok with! Good deal for both of them. They will last a long time. No pump but i knew that when i bought them, and the one I got from the salon never had one either. Comes out easily with one squeeze.
