The media could not be loaded. It is pretty sturdy! I didn’t think it would do much, but after just a couple of minutes of stretching on it my back feels 5x better. I will definitely be using this daily and if it ever breaks I’ll be buying another!! Even my husband likes it. Read more
Delivered Very Quickly!!! And was very Happy to see how sturdy and well made it was. I was worried that since I got it at such a Low Price it was going to be complete garbage. Yet it turned out to be the complete opposite & is made from a very thick and sturdy plastic. Because of this it may be hard for some people to adjust the positioning. It does take some strength to snap into place..So I just leaned it into the floor and it did the job & Im far from any type of Hercules. Since I have lumbar problems I ordered the acupuncture and massage model. Not sure yet if it matters or helps since I just got it. It says to use it for 5 minutes a day and start off at Level One and work your way up toLevel Three. So Will definitely be doing another future review and let you all know if it does what it actually claims. Read more
I discovered right away that level one did nothing for me and level two did very little. However, level 3 (the advanced setting) feels AMAZING!!! It stretches the arch if my back perfectly. I do deliveries and do have a lumbar pillow for my car, but still by the end of the day, my back still hurts. When I use this at night before going to bed while sitting or laying on the bed, I've found I don't wake up to a sore and aching back. The only issue I've found is that when laying on it, it's hard to get up from it. I love how it feels. Read more
