After going through the reviews, I realized that most of you probably don’t know how to use this back cracker. You don’t just lie on it and expect your back to be fixed! You still need to make adjustments, move around, etc. if your peice broke its most likely due to the fact that you are overweight. I’m 100 pounds and it was totally fine with many uses.
