This sanitizer is awesome with absolutely no fragrance at all. I wasn't sure what to expect, but you just lightly pump the dispenser and out comes a small dollop of foamy sanitizer that's just the right size. I have very sensitive skin but this sanitizer causes no irritation and leaves my skin nice and soft. It doesn't dry it out like the alcohol based sanitizer. I bought two so I can keep one in different rooms for easy access. This container is also a handy size for carrying in a purse or a backpack. The top fits on tightly so I don't think it would leak. My 1-star rating is not attributed to the efficacy of the product but to the deceptive advertising -- BabyGanics leads us to believe that their products are natural with plant based ingredients.
