This is a decent, more gentle alternative to alcohol based sanitizers. It’s active ingredient is benzalkonium chloride and it claims to kill 99% of germs, including flu. It has a nice light citrus scent. It does leave a slight residue but isn’t as harsh as the alcohol based alternatives on already dry skin in the winter, and it doesn’t burn on open skin. No scent at all! Love that. Always feel weird after using other sanitizers, don’t normally use them but with a broken wrist I feel icky on my left hand. A little goes a long way, in that situation anyway. Feel less germy on there. Less risky than using soap and water where you don’t want to get water in the cast. A reputable company doesn't sell expired products, a reputable company has a quality control process in place, this is why i think these definitely are being sold by someone who doesn't care and definitely not an authorized distributor of Babyganics. Overall I like it. We use this everyday in my house. Does not dry your hand our and there is no chemical smell like some. The only thing I don't really like it it's pretty runny for a foaming hand sanitizer. If I do a full pump it is WAY too much and you have to use a towel to dry your hands. 1/4 pump is all I need. I don't know if the amount of sanitizer that comes out of the matching pump for this product is necessary to sanitize, but being alcohol free, it doesn't dry super quick and it seems to not save that much time over washing one's hands. Read more
