I was surprised at how small the bottle was for $10. I put it next to air freshener for size reference.i have been battling my daughter’s diaper rash on and off for a week. I’ve tried desitin, butt paste, aquaphor diaper rash, bathing and letting it air out. It went away for 2 days. It took awhile to get it to go away, making sure I changed her strictly every 2 hours and made sure I put her cream on. It came back yesterday. I spray this new spray on her. By her second diaper change it was almost gone! Third diaper change it was COMPLETELY GONE. I was shocked. I feel like this is the holy grail in diaper rash creams! It was really easy to use. I’m not a reviewer but I know the struggle of trolling reviews to find the ONE diaper rash miracle cream. Unfortunately, after two babies, I’m realizing there is no miracle solution BUT I wanted to share 1) how this fits into our routine, 2) the convenience factor, and 3) the positive feedback from my NYU/Columbia pediatric dermatologist.1) The routine that works for us in terms of prevention is Aquaphor and then zinc ointment on top. And under all that, medicine if **** has hit the fan.2) Everyone who has lost a pair of pants to a Desitin stain, attempted to emerge from a tight public changing situation unscathed by its greasy white glory, or unknowingly walked around in public with the characteristic white streak on part of one’s person knows: the stuff is a paiiiinnn. Enter this spray. It is not only a SPRAY, it also has a higher zinc content than the other spray on the market.3) when my kid pooped at our dermo follow-up, the doctor asked to see me change the diaper, and I mentally prepared to be taken away to mommy jail for attempting to cut corners. However, I pulled this spray out and the doctor was soooo excited. Like REALLY excited about this spray. It turns out this is some kind of scientific breakthrough because the zinc molecule couldn’t fit into an aerosol can (or something).So (HINT HINT PD) I just need the aquaphore spray and we are in the money. As you may know, it’s not easy to find a diaper rash cream in a spray. This one is fantastic! I have tried the Dr. Smith’s diaper rash spray and also a couple other all natural ones I found here on amazon. This one is by far my favorite. First off the formula is great. It is white but it’s not as thick, greasy and sticky as desitin. My daughter has REALLY sensitive skin and this one doesn’t burn her. It isn’t fragranced from what I can smell. It has a slight zinc oxide smell to it- obviously. The spayer on this is fantastic. It sprays an even, fine mist that completely covers the area. My ONLY con is that the bottle are a bit small and it is a bit expensive. You do end up using less because the sprayer sprays such an even and perfect amount. I typically only use one or *maybe* two sprays and my 16 month daughter is completely covered everywhere. I will say the size is nice for carrying in your diaper bag. Overall I love stuff. It does remind me a little bit like Dr. Smiths formula, but I actually like it way better. Read more

Love this product. I wish they had this years ago. I am using for my grand daughter. She developed a nasty yeast rash following a round of antibiotics for strep. She never gets diaper rash and I have tried multiple creams, even prescription nystatin. But paste made it worse. This stuff is great. Worth the price, no mess, and she is almost completely clear after 2 days. Am definitely going to keep it on hand as a preventive measure. Read more

I like the fact that you can spray it on your babies bottom my poor baby has had a yeast infection due to anabiotic’s that she has been on since she was born and she will be a year old July 7th and those Types of yeast infections are almost impossible to get rid of I started using this stuff at night and rotating it with her prescription cream and it has helped tremendously the bottle is just very small but it goes along way one spray goes along way. Was very excited when I found out about a spray! Worked pretty well to get rid of diaper rash but did not stay on as well as our Desitin. So much more convenient than the Desitin and the spray covers well and sprays nicely and easily. However a couple of my sprayers stopped spraying great after not very long. I’m sure the company would have given me replacement ones if I had asked but in my case I didn’t bother because the Desitin just seemed a lot stronger for us and more cost effective. Overall though this is a great idea and a good product that could maybe be improved a bit in the future. I haven’t seen anything else like this so worth buying if you really want the sprayer. I ended up getting an anti-microbial applicator attachment for our Desitin instead that attaches to the actual Desitin tube since we just like our Desitin better. Read more
