My 23-month-old son's balance is terrible. I got him a second pair of these moccasins so he'll have something to wear this summer when he can't go barefoot (after he got the first pair wet--they take a while to dry because they are leather). They are nice and light weight and stay on his feet.I hoping this will help him learn to walk and run properly and stop landing on his head!And I will get him the next size up when his feet grow. It's nice that this brand's sizes are a size larger than other ones. My son is almost 2, his head size requires him to wear 3T shirts, though his leg length is firmly 2T, and he is still wearing the 18 month size Juicy Bumble shoes. These baby shoes are really cute, well crafted and seem good quality, but runs too big!!!They are affordable compared to other popular brands but you need to order a size smaller than you need.I ordered according to the size chart, but the 18-24 month size was huge on him.I ordered so the 12 - 18 month size, and it fits better even if it's still a little large, but not fall off too big like the first pair.Anyway they are super soft and perfect for new walkers, providing them the extra bit of protection their feet need especially walking outside. I ordered the 2-3 year ones for my 2 year old nephew and they are bit big, but don't that deter you from getting them. As anyone with kids or nephews/nieces know, anything that's too big will fit sooner than later. Also, these are TOP NOTCH quality and seriously the cutest things I've seen (I got him the sloth ones since he loves sloths). I knew they'd likely be nice based on the reviews, but I wasn't expecting them to be of the caliber they are. They are so nicely made, well built and seem like they will last him a while. I love these shoes! My daughter recently grew out of a pair from another brand that we loved and I've been searching for a new pair. My daughter is very small so finding shoes to fit her is hard. These fit great! One piece of advice MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE!!! Follow their measuring instructions! My daughter is almost 2.5 and the 18-24 month size is slightly big on her but as I said shes a peanut, I'm so glad I measured because the next size up (the size she SHOULD be in) would have been gigantic. Bought these for my 8 month old Grand son. I bought additional pairs in larger sizes for future use. I wanted something to help protect his feet and to keep them warm. These little shoes were perfect. They do not restrict the growth of his feet nor do they force his feet into an unnatural shape. I hate to see people force babies and young children's feet into shoes patterned after adult feet. The shoes are very soft leather, easy and simple to put on and to take off. They 'stay on' as well. My Grandson does not seem to mind wearing them because they are not stiff or too tight and most importantly, too restrictive. Lots of colors and patterns to choose from. I measured my baby's feet and the sizing was perfect. I am glad there's one size up for my 11 month old. My 14 month has always hated anything extra on him that basic clothing; won't wear hats, socks and even gets annoyed if he has to wear a coat.He is now walking, we went to Clarks to get his feet measured and he had an absolute meltdown in the process. He was so upset we just had to leave the store without anything.My sister recommend trying these soft soles so I sneaked them on this morning when he was asleep in his pram. How cute are these 😍. My daughter is one but I ordered the 6/12 size as I read previous reviews and knew they are a little bit bigger and the fit perfectly with a little bit of room for growth!! They stay on really well too, any other shoes I’ve tried to put on her she just pulls them straight off but not these, she leaves them on so I know she’s happy in them!! Definitely recommend them to anyone with kids just learning walk.. (my daughter is still crawling but learning to walk, the crawling will scuff them a little bit). I will definitely order again! These are soft sole, like gym shoes, and not really sided to allow for growth. We expected these to fall apart as he was crawling around a lot, but they were perfect for 4/5 months from crawling to walking. Then he got his first pair of proper shoes. Read more

Bought for my 14 month old grandson who has just started walking unaided. We didn't want to hinder his progress but needed something for outside. He is a wriggler so we were pleased they were so easy to get on. He was straight off with them they are very soft but just give a layer of extra protection for him as he builds his skill.
