Usually I end up putting all of my children’s keepsakes in Ziploc bags and storing them in plastic totes. When I saw this little bag I thought it would be so cute and much better than a Ziploc bag for the first outfit.The bag is fairly lightweight and a breathable, creamy colored muslin fabric. It has a drawstring on the top that coordinates with the bag. Babies first outfit is in a gray colored font. The bag has a very clean, fresh smell with no weird textures or anything rubbing off. I saw on the ad that one could hang up the bag on a hanger. I was thinking that a hanger was going to come with it, but it does not. It really does a nice job of preserving a memory. It’s lightweight and it doesn’t take up any more space than my typical Ziploc bag would. Plus it looks a lot better. This would make a nice addition for a gift basket for a new mama too. Read more
I had no idea that something like this existed but I am so glad that I found it! I have kept my daughter's hospital coming outfit home in a keepsake box but I am very excited to have it inside this now, it's like double protection. This is such a cute little idea for a keepsake. My baby is not due until November, but I really loved the idea of this keepsake set. You get a little hanger to put baby's first outfit on with a small burlap bag to put it in. I love this keepsake bag. It’s such a simple thing but it makes it all the more special. I am going to store my son’s first outfit in this bag for safe keeping.
