Product Description It's smart, It's Swedish, It's maybe a little strange. It's the doctor-invented nasal aspirator what actually works! To Use: Place large tube against child's nostril (not inside), creating a seal. Use red mouthpiece to snuck out snot. Tips: (1) Spraying saline solution in each nostril will help loosen thick mucus before using NoseFrida. (2) Move tube in a circular motion against nostril. You will hear and see mucus coming out of nose. (3) Change filter after each use to maintain suction. Brand Story FROM DELIVERY TO BOOGERS, BUTTS AND BEYOND! Frida is the brand that gets parents. That means you. We are not a lifestyle. Far from it. We are a solution-based brand. The 411 of parenting. The who-do-I-call-in-the-middle-of-the-night-cause-my-baby-won't-stop-screaming brand.

Don't order this online - buy it at the store - keep reading to see why so you don't waste your money. We had a NoseFrida for our first son and loved it! It helped him get sleep when he was stuffy and it was amazing. So, naturally, we wanted a new one when we were pregnant with our second son. We ordered this one and figured it'd be the same...not the case. The mouthpiece was pink (our first one was red) and we just thought they changed the look but not the design. Again, wrong. It was awful! The mouthpiece fell off constantly and the tube attachment did too. Everytime you touched it one or the other fell off. We eventually lost the mouthpiece when using it at night. It was so poorly made and frustrating to use. It was nowhere near as well made as the first one. We ended up throwing it away and went to Wal-Mart and bought a new one. The one from Wal-Mart had the old red mouthpiece and was just like the one from our first son. I don't understand why the one we ordered from Amazon is different than what you buy in stores but has the same packaging. If you get one with a pink mouthpiece...return it and go to the store! I am a nurse & like to prepare for anything. My Frida came in the mail perfect timing. Used it the first day to get a small bugger out, but a few days later my 3 week old had congestion & mucous build up. THIS THING IS AMAZING my son was up for a while night fussing & crying before I used the Frida. Right after the first use is when I took that picture shown... An hour later it was a lot more in the tube. Honestly people get this you won't regret it. AND I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but that's how much this benefited my baby. He is able to sleep & breathe in peace. Thank you for this product Read more

You will absolutely get a cold/virus from your baby if you use this. There is no way the filter blocks bacteria/virus particles. I tried it anyway and got pneumonia. Read more

I was told by 3 of my daughter's doctor's to get this. I used it 3 times and I now have a horrible upper respiratory infection. The filters are cool and they stop the actual snot from going in your mouth but the bacteria and germs still come through. It was a neat idea but if you are susceptible to illness I wouldn't use it. There's nothing I can say that hasn't been said. I went so far as to buy the bulb that comes apart so there's no mold. But I feel like. I'm Impaling my 3 month old every time I use it.I checked this out many times when I was pregnant but it seemed so basic for 20 bucks. Little did I know. The boogies never hit the filter so we haven't changed it yet. And I take a little nasal saline on a baby q tip and clean up the crusties but this thing sucks. Maybe I'd use saline if the bogfies were dry but we use twice a day and always snag a good booger.I'm officially the boogie monster now and proud of it. This should seriously be a gift for every new mom. I know it's going to be a godsend when she's sick. Read more

I’m an NICU nurse and I was skeptical about this product from the beginning. Yes, a simple simple sponge filter can keep you from swallowing boogers, but how can it block airborne particles from going straight into your respiratory system? It can’t. But when you’re a new mom and you’ll do just about anything to help your baby breathe through his nose, you just don’t care much about how it will affect you. I’ll admit, the reviews are on point and this product definitely works well. The seal in the nose is great, and it gets a lot of the gunk out, especially if you use saline first. It works much better than a rechargable nasal aspirator that i tried. I’ve been using the NoseFrida over and over again for the past 8.5 months, and it has been really helpful. BUT … I have had the same high fever (103+) with sinus infection, congestion, cough and sore throat exactly 6 times since I had my son. I haven’t had any fever like this for more than 10 years, and now 6 times in 8 months?! For the first 4 months I thought, “I just had a baby, my immune system is down.” And then when it kept happening I thought, “my son is in daycare twice a week, I’m just contracting colds that he brings home.” All of this makes since, until you add in the fact that my husband, who is the sole caretaker of my son 50% of the time while i’m working, and around him just as much, has not gotten sick AT ALL and …. he has never ever used the NoseFrida. I always get stuck with that task since i’m a nurse and very experienced with nasal suction. So since i’ve been sick (very sick) about once a month and he’s been perfectly healthy, and the only difference is that I’m the only one using the NoseFrida, it stands to reason that it’s making me sick.Recently, I hadn’t used it for about 12 days and then i used it again and within two days I had a stuffy nose, head aches, chills, body aches and fever. I’ve had enough. I’ve been in denial for the past 8 months, because this thing has been helping my son so much. But i’ve missed tons of work and taken tons of antibiotics, and I can’t take care of my son when i’m sick. It’s not worth it. I finally threw the NoseFrida in the trash today, and I spent $130 on a BabySmile nasal aspirator which i’m hoping is the closest thing I can get to the wall suction I use at the hospital. It’s a small price to pay considering i’ve spent much more than that on doctor’s visits and prescriptions for myself. If this company figures out a way to develop a product that truly keeps ALL pathogens (liquid and gas as well as solid) out with a little filter, they’ll have a perfect product. But for now, save youself all of the illness and buy something that doesn’t involve creating suction with your mouth. I literally feel like i’ve spent all of 2021 being sick. Don’t let this be you!!I’ll update this review in a few months to say whether i’ve stopped getting sick after discontinuing use of the NoseFrida. Read more

This works very effectively. It puts the good ol’ bulb aspirator to shame! See, the bulb aspirator limits each suction to the amount of air that can fit in the bulb. This bad boy gives as much suction as you can fit in your lungs which is highly effective on those over-stuffed noses. To be honest, I was extremely hesitant to try the nose frida. I thought the entire concept was disgusting. But when I found myself with a stuffed up 3 week old infant, in a moment of weakness and pure desperation I was not only ordering the nose frida, but paying extra for overnight shipping. I’m so glad I did and so is baby. With a little bit of saline, it clears even the stuffiest of noses right up!!! Read more
