I already have the baby jogger city select stroller in onyx which was a true black and after having another baby I needed the additional seat kit. I don’t understand why In the world a large company like this wouldn’t continue to carry a true black color. I purchased jet because that was the closest thing They have which is like a charcoal color and I have no other choice. For that price, it’s truly a shame that it doesn’t match and my OCD definitely kills me every time looking at it. The whole reason I bought this stroller was to be able to expand it in the future and when that time came you eliminated the most basic color. I love the brand of stroller and that we can easily convert our stroller from a single seater to a double!!The seat is cushy and comfortable and doesn’t get too hot in the summer which was important to us.My toddler did drag the seat on the concrete for about 6 feet and it did scuff the fabric and it tore a little so, I definitely don’t recommend doing that!! Our other seat has no tears or scratches after using it for several months. It only gets softer with more use and we love the harness! It just can be tricky to buckle when in a hurry but makes it a dream to transfer a sleeping kid from stroller to car seat or bed! Read more

I have owned free baby jogger city select double strollers. I’ve lucked out and sold them for great deals and then re-bought them second hand (NIB). I had the original sold it for a Lux and now we have the original again. We did not like the lux I really wish these original seats folded in half like the LUX, but IMO is the only thing that’s better about the LUX. I really like the color of this seat and the ease of adding it. The baby jogger is HEAVY, but I keep coming back to it because it’s so versatile and heavy duty for trips like Disney, Universal, Legoland, the zoo etc. Read more

I love the brand City Select stroller however I bought an extra seat to make a double stroller and this seat was ok. The only complaint is that the clips keep coming apart. It’s become a little combersome because I have a 10 month old that doesn’t like to sit still. Read more

This was open box but in perfect condition, we could see that someone had put part of it together already. We thought the color “jet” would be black but it was a dark grey. It looks ok with the other seat that is red and black. The twins love being able to both sit facing forward. Read more

The clips come apart easily and are a pain. This is expensive for just a chair insert. Since it’s the only option that works with the double stroller, I guess city select can charge whatever they want. Read more

This product is great and is just like we needed but there is one major problem, the seat is not foldable. Going on an airplane or bringing it on a car ride makes it pretty hard bc this seat will not fold in half like the one that came a the stroller. Def makes this seat not feasible for us Read more
