I got this brush for my toddler daughter but she barely has more hair than some kids do within 3 months of being born. Where I found this brush to be wonderful was during and right after bath time. She has very thin, fine, straight hair. This brush is a great way to get her hair and scalp really clean during bath time without hurting her head at all. The comb is great for getting through her hair after the bath to make sure it dries straight. The mirror part is fun for her to play with but other than that I don't think it is really needed. Most combs with mirrors are so you can make sure you are doing your own hair correctly. I don't know many newborns/toddlers who do their own hair to that level.The images suggest that this brush could be used on dry hair to style it. I find that this isn't the case for my daughter. That might be something true of kids with more or thicker hair but basically it doesn't feel like it does much to dry hair. The comb works okay on dry hair but it is short and the grip on it is weird with the brush part. Additionally getting the comb out of the brush is really tough if you have long nails or acrylics. I struggle to get it open ever single time. The whole brush does feel cheaper and while I wanted it to work perfectly it was just a miss for me. Read more

Our 18 month old grandson loves this comb. He has figured out how to say “brush” and asks to brush his hair all the time so he can say his new word. We got him this brush, so he could brush his hair and loved all the added benefits. The soft bristles work great on his fine baby hairs, and since they are so soft we can even use it as a scrubber in the bath for his hair. He gets a huge kick out of the mirror on the back of the brush too. Our older grandson love the “top secret comb” in the handle. He likes to use it to help brush his little brothers hair. I didn't expect to get this 2in1 baby brush to be bigger like normal adult brush. It is super duper soft for baby's hair so no complaint cause there's no irritation and love it came with mirror too plus comb hidden makes it perfect for efficient use. It might be big enough but still great fit for traveling. Now just wish it came with cover or pouch for easy storage. Read more
