The tutu was a little short on my 2 year old but it worked perfect for her 2 year old pictures and with a pair of leggings on her actual birthday. The quality was a little lower than I hoped as some of the seams were a little rough but the price and availability worked out great. Especially since this is an outfit only worn a couple times. This dress is soooo adorable! However, it had a defect in the waistband where the top meets the tulle skirt. The sewing machine missed a spot and there is a hole. I love the style of the dress so much that I'm exchanging it for the exact same dress and hoping the new one isn't defective. I really like the dress and hope this was just a mistake. It is very cute design and the color lovely, but the cotton part of the skirt underneath the tulle is waaaay too short! The see-through tulle part had an appropriate length coming down to just above the knee but the solid cotton skirt underneath barely covered my daughter’s bottom - so we had to wear pants underneath. It wasn’t the end of the world, I guess, but we’d hoped for a dress and it has to be worn like a shirt instead, which was a bummer for my tiny dress-loving girl. Read more
