I was super nervous about this blanket. It looked pretty small in the picture, and I wasn't sure how soft it would be. It shipped faster than expected. When it arrived, the description on it said teddy bear softness, and that was a perfect way to describe this blanket! When you are wrapped in it, you feel like you are snuggling a giant teddy bear. My return window closed 5 days ago. I purchased this a month ago to give as a gift, and it was just recently opened. One of the balls isn’t sewn correctly, and stuffing is coming out. It was such a disappointment. I love the blanket and it’s softness, but it can’t be used now with the stuffing hanging out. This is quite something! I ordered one for my new living room. Before it came I ordered one for my mom, who is in her 90s and cold a lot. She got a huge kick out of the "snowballs" attached to it and thought it feminine and lovely to have near her in case she was chilled. Now, she has gotten many compliments on it. Huge hit. I opened mine to be surprised at the light weight (in hand) and the heavy coverage it will give in very cold weather. It's thick! Fluffy! And you may sweat! So, if you take an impromptu nap on the couch, be sure this doesn't cover too much of you. It does its job! And it is pretty and so affordable. I wonder how it will wash. Anyhow. I love it. Read more
I would gladly give this blanket 5 stars except for one disappointing thing... the brown is nothing like the picture. It's definitely an ashy tan color - which is pretty, but not the soft light brown I was hoping for. It is very soft though and the twin size makes for a great two person throw blanket on the couch. Soft blanket but total let down on the packaging. ☹️Bought this as a gift exchange for my work Christmas party. I specifically chose this blanket because of the pretty packaging in the advertisement.To me, the presentation of the gift is just as important as the gift itself. Not to mention, you can find a soft blanket anywhere. The blanket is average but would’ve totally served it’s purpose if it was received as advertised.I’m disappointed because I was expecting the presentation to be the same as advertised, which would’ve said “wow, pretty blanket”! 😃But instead I received this packaging…which says “eh, it looks alright” 😐So, I will be returning this gift and finding a blanket just as pretty and soft but more importantly with a “pretty” packaging for my gift exchange. This blanket is awesome, it’s adorable AND warm! I feel like it’s usually a hit or miss when it comes to blankets you get online. My husband and I fight over this one to nap with - the one thing I will say is that every time Ive washed it, one of the Pom poms fall off and becomes a cat toy. Will have to wash on delicate!! My mother is ALWAYS COLD but she loved this blanket on her 96th birthday! It is SUPER SOFT AND BIG so I am sure she will wrap it around herself at night when she sits in her lazy boy chair. Thank the Lord she is still with us today to enjoy our gifts on her birthday! Read more
