This is one of my favorite diaper rash creams! And trust me, I’ve tried them all. We normally use Burt’s Bees Diaper Rash Ointment with 40% zinc, but sometimes I don’t want that much zinc. So, for naps I usually put this on my 20 month old. It’s so easy to spread, great for sensitive skin, and the scent is to die for! It smells amazing!!! It’s not as thick as Butt Paste or our trusty Burt’s Bees cream, and doesn’t leave any leftover white cream on his skin when I change him (thanks to only 25% zinc). It’s perfect! I highly recommend it. He hasn’t had a single rash since he was a newborn!!Hope this helps!! 💝 Read more

UPDATE 9/29/2017Babo randomly emailed me and offered to send me a free tube. When it arrived I was happy to find that they returned to the same, or very similar formula. The cream is back to being nice and thick, instead of runny, and it smells the same as it always has. So very happy for this change, since we use this throughout the house, not just on bums, but on rashes and insect bites as well. I can not recommend this cream more highly.----------I have used this product on my son for almost three years. I was a die hard fan. I told everyone about it. Gave it as a gift at baby showers. Swore by it. This last tube, however, is disappointing. It smells different, and the consistency is not as thick and creamy. It is no longer nut free (they have added Shea butter). When I contacted Babo, before I found my old tube, they claimed they just tweaked the recipe due to regulations for oil disbursement or some such nonsense. Just give it to me straight, Babo -- you changed the product. This butt cream is still decent, but nowhere near as great as it used to be. Read more

The media could not be loaded.  For the cost, you expect a homogenized cream/paste that can be squeezed out of the tube. The first tube came clogged and couldn't be squeezed out no matter how hard I tried. The lid doesn't screw off so you can't fix it either. Also, I'm a sucker for Babo and needed something for sensitive skin. I've actually purchased this 12 times here. EVERY one of them have separated within a few weeks. Think of pure peanut butter. The oil separates to the top. This will do the same. You'll have an unpleasant surprise one day and a mess on your hands/baby's bottom as a large amount of liquid oil dribbles out before the white paste. I've even tried shaking the tube, hoping it could be re-homogenized like liquid make up. No such luck. You'd have to take it to Lowe's and ask them to throw it on a paint can shaker for it to have any effect. No sensitivity issues, nice scent and initially has a thick texture to ensure that it stays in place. But, HUGE waste of money if I can't dispense 90% of the product because it separates within a few weeks. Read more

I've only ever purchased this diaper rash cream through amazon, and perhaps its because this item gets shipped in unregulated temperatures, but the cream has separated in every single tube I've received. I want to like this product more, because of its simple ingredients, fragrance-free and friendliness for cloth diapers, but the product separation is a problem for me. Sometimes the separation is so intense that its nearly impossible to squeeze out of the tube because the solids have become so hard in separation from the oils. massaging the tube doesn't really do the trick either. I will say that the cream is effective for diaper rash, but I will be trying others because of the separation. Read more

Best diaper cream for my son. Previously used Burts Bees and this by far is the best ever! I’ve used this company’s products before but never this one. My husband bought it at the store when we ran out of burts bees and I was skeptical at first but it took my sons rash away overnight. It can be a bit oily so be sure to mush it together a bit or shake before applying. I don’t have a problem with it being that way though because of how great the product works. Both my kids have sensitive eczema prone skin and I’ve never had issues. Read more

Cons: It used to be a 5 star product. They recently changed their formulation which now has far too much zinc oxide and is not nearly as gentle and mild as it used to be. I began using this a couple months after purchase, and the oil has mostly separated from the cream, so when I squeeze it, I often get mostly oil. There's also no way to shake it or get the formulation to blend better as it is a squeeze bottle. The fragrance also appears to be stronger than the old formulation, likely due to the additional zinc oxide content. I will continue to use it until it is finished, but I will not re-order unless they return to the old formulation. It does not do much for diaper rash by the way. Pros: It lasts a long time - a little goes a long way. Its better than diaper creams in balm form, as it is more sanitary not to have to rub your finger in the formulation. Its also a good size for mobile use or at home. Read more

We originally received this at the baby shower and I was very happy that the giver paid attention to our intention to cloth diaper. He did some good research. We use this only occasionally. When we need it, this cream works wonderfully. I will purchase again as needed and haven't ever felt like I need to look elsewhere. My pediatrician keeps recommending aquaphor despite my objection that it contains petroleum products and is not cloth diaper safe - but she has samples of that one.... I sort of want to give her samples of this cream and let her know this is the way baby products need to be made and she should recommend this instead. Read more

I used this cream before it was nice so I ordered again. This time it wasn't like a cream. When I first opened it a watery stuff came out from bottle which made me quite wet. I tried to mix the stuff in the bottle but no way. It was just rubbish. Read more

Thick diaper cream which completely prevents diaper rash. Just need a small quantity for application. However since the cream is so thick, it’s not easy to squeeze it out of the tube. Read more
