Had used this off and on over the past few years for the eczema my daughter gets on her hands; they get very rough. What we had at home worked great, so I set up a Subscribe and Save. Then her hands worsened - not only rough, but horribly red - and didn't notice until after several months of use that the ingredient list had changed and it was a "new improved formula." Once she stopped using it, her hands cleared right up! They are still rough, but at least they are not longer red. This product wasn't broken, so why was it "fixed"? Ugh. Read more

The description says “lightly fragranced”. This stuff has a sickeningly strong smell. I bought it because it was recommended for my kiddo with dry, itchy skin and eczema and I won’t be using it on him (or anyone else). Kiddo says it’s stinky, definitely smells like grandma avon type product. Even if it’s natural, plant based fragrance it’s not great.IDK how it works bc they only let me put it on them once. Read more
