These bottles are amazing! My 3 month old old has rejected most bottles except Dr Brown standard style but I was so tired of cleaning all the parts. I ordered both this wide style and the narrow. Baby girl actually prefers this wide style. She has reflux and some feeding issues and is on Nutramigen which is thinner than regular formula. These bottles did not cause a flare up with her reflux which is the best part!!Only 3 complaints. Lids are hard to remove, they do not sell slow flow nipples separate so you have to buy these 4oz size to get them and I wish the oz labels were colored to be easier to read. But all these are minor.So glad to have found these bottles and given them a chance! Read more

In 2-3 sucks my baby has already drank a third of an ounce. For being a slow flow nipple it comes out way too quickly causing her to start to choke and panic. This bottle and nipple is meant for an older child probably 1+ years of age. Read more

My baby really likes these bottles. He's starting to get better at holding things independently, I think of all the bottles we have, this is the one he will be able to hold independently first. Being a new mother, I was unsure about buying new bottles for my baby; especially since I had started out breastfeeding. When I first introduced a bottle to my baby she hated them and wouldn’t take anything except Simply Natural bottles by Nuk. In short, my baby loved those bottles and would only take them; however, they were made out of a harder plastic and broke super easily when dropped on hard floors. My daughter is now 6 months old and has been using a bottle for 4.5 months. I was very unsure about Avima because I have never heard of them, they didn’t have a curved nipple, and the brand had very little reviews (although all were high in praise). After receiving the bottles I ordered and gave them a try I LOVE them! They are softer plastic and are slightly flexible so they don’t break as easy. The air vents actually keep my little one from getting colicky, and it seems she has less trouble burping and gets the burps out faster. She also spits up less. The only downside I have to mention is the bottom of the bottles are very fat, and don’t fit all the way inside of my first years bottle warmer. The warmer still seems to heat the bottle up the same even though it doesn’t touch the bottom of the warmer’s basket. Another plus to these bottles is that they are fairly cheap! Read more

Very easy to clean although; I wrote a review prior to this and claimed these bottles were great I had not left our toddler with the bottle alone on the couch yet 😭 they are most definitely NOT leak proof. In fact, they are probably the most leaky nipples we have. Super disappointed since, we bought these bottles for the fact that they were leak proof. Just got these yesterday and we’ve been using them today. I love that these bottles don’t have a lot of extra parts. They’re super easy to use and the air flow is great so the nipple doesn’t collapse. 9 mo baby has no problems holding on her own and the milk flow rate seems to be good for her. So far I see 2 cons to these bottles- I have the Spectra S2 and these sort of fit, but it’s a little difficult to get the pump connected and disconnected since the threads aren’t exactly the same size. It worked well enough to pump into this morning though and I didn’t have to stop halfway through and change out the bottles like I have to do sometimes with the smaller spectra or Medela ones. Other con is that if upside down or on the side these seem to leak out of the nipple hole more than our Spectra or Comotomo bottles. Not a huge problem, just something to be aware of if baby likes to play with the bottle a bit while drinking. Overall though I’m really happy with this purchase! Read more

We love these bottles!!! They definitely helped reduce the amount of air my baby takes in during a feeding. Out of all the bottles we have tried so far these have lasted the longest and show the least amount of wear even though we use them the most! The only downside is that they do not have slow flow replacement nipples in stock yet but I emailed the company and they sent me another 4oz bottle set with the slow flow nipples for free! Read more
