We have a notary in the family and use the seals for that purpose. They are made well and present even better when used on a document. Clients have remarked how regal and professional the seals appear on paper. They have a wonderful sheen and are thick enough to never rip when lifting them from the paper backing. The adhesive is spot on and grips the documents well when stamped. We have tried other brands only to come back to this one. Read more

Excellent product, as expected from Avery. The seals look great embossed using a handheld embosser, will look even better once affixed to the wedding, vow renewal, affirmation of love and baptismal certificates, I use and give after performing those ceremonies. These are look better, peel of of the backing paper and adhere to the certificates better then another brand of Gold Foil Seals I had purchased, these don't tear (at least for me, haven't had one tear yet out of the 12 or so I have used)) as easily as the other brand when taking them off of the backing paper or when embossing them.Will definitely be getting more of these when I start running low.
