Aveeno is my go to for all things lotion related so having this for my nephew was perfect. I got this for my nephew and this really does a good job keeping redness and irritation down. It is very easy to dispense and apply. It does have a cold feeling to it. It is also easy to wash off your hands afterwards. It also does not take too much to work. You do not have to apply a huge ton to get to work (just a finger nail amount is enough). It is also in a compact container so you can take this on the go and store it in your bag. I would do best to store this at least in cooler temperature as the solution can be "melted" if left in hot temperature including a hot car. Regardless, this did not cause any kind of irritation and significantly reduce redness. This helps my nephew feel comfortable and less fussy from irritation after a diaper change. It has a pretty nice odor to it. It is not too strong or too noticeable. It is pretty easy to use and apply. Use as needed but for sure after every diaper change. It will keep it from getting dry and crackling. Overall I think this is a good diaper rash ointment. It has a light residual smell which is pleasant and it works pretty well. It also does not irritate parent's skin after applying and is easy to wash off if you do not like it. Also does not trigger your diapers indicator (although I have yet to see one that does), but I just wanted to note that if that is a concern. Read more
