At $26 per month, this seems a bit high, especially since I take multiple supplements. I haven't actually tried these supplements, so I can't vouch for their efficacy. Unfortunately the box was open, and the cardboard inside was torn when I received it. The bottle WAS still sealed inside, but I'm cautious enough about my supplements I wasn't comfortable taking these when the packaging had been so clearly tampered with. I don't know how or who could have messed with these, but it seemed clear someone had at least removed the bottle from its packaging and then returned it. Read more

Avalife Joint Flex looks good when I received it. but its not fresh.The manufacture date is Sep 2019, expired on Aug 2021. now is April 2021.Almost expired when I received it, even though this is for one month supply, comes 60 capsules and 30 days supply.I am going to return it, because of the manufacturing date. I continued to take this until it was gone. I wanted to see just how great I can feel after 1 bottle. I am amazed at how amazing I feel! I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting this to work. I tried glucosamine and never saw a benefit. But with arthritis in both knees and hips, I was willing to give this a try. After several days, I noticed a difference. But I was thinking it could be a fluke. But over a week later, I’m definitely seeing improvement. I’m less “creaky” and don’t feel pain in my joints.
