How frequently do I need to replace the nylon brush head? As recommended by the ADA, we suggest replacing your brush head every three months. How do I clean my nylon brush head? Although our brush heads are germ-resistant, you may want to take some extra effort to clean your brush head. Here are three quick tips. 1. Use hot water. 2. Soak in mouthwash. 3. UV Sanitation. How do I know when to flip the AutoBrush around? When using AutoBrush, we recommend using a sweeping motion (left to right) for best cleaning results. Start brushing the top teeth for 30 seconds. Once done, flip the brush over to brush the bottom teeth using the same sweeping motion. How does the Therapeutic Red LED brush work? I’m already lazy but on top of that I have depressive episodes. When I get depressed, I don’t feel like brushing. This causes bad breath and makes me even more depressed.This product is so simple and quick that I can find the motivation to use it even if I’m feeling down. We've used the AutoBrush for the last couple of weeks, and we're very impressed with the level of cleaning quality and experience that we've received from the AutoBrush. This brush makes my teeth feel much cleaner than a regular brush. Also, with the vibration and red and blue lighting options, you can do whitening and gum healing too. One suggestion...Just make sure to buy foaming toothpaste. Its easier to apply to the applicator brushes than regular toothpaste and rinses out much better.I like that this has built in blue lighting to help whiten your teeth as you brush. I took the risk and bought an AutoBrush about 3 weeks ago, especially since Amazon has customer guarantees. I have been using it since and lemme tell ya, I actually think it outmatches my last toothbrush.I recommended a friend of mine buy it too and they told me they were nervous after reading some of the negative reviews here on Amazon. I’ve had a good experience so far, so I thought I’d clear some things up for anyone else that is interested in buying it.If you are looking for a robot experience that automatically brushes your teeth for you, this isn’t the brush for you. ( I haven’t found a toothbrush out there that can brush your teeth for you but when there is I will be the first to buy it). That being said, I am an oral care NUT and this is one of the coolest oral care products I’ve used. I got the standard adult brush head and it fits well and has enough room to move it easily around my teeth. It does vibrate, nothing to write home about though. This product is well made and you can feel that it’s working evenly across all of your teeth, but what makes it better for me is that it also has the whitening lights. I had a whitening tray and light in the past, but I feel like this works better and it saves me the additional steps of having multiple trays to switch back and forth from. Read more
