This product is probably okay because it has almond oil for relieving sore muscles. However,the last ingredient is lavender oil. It doesn't really have a nice relaxing lavender scent. When I first opened the bottle I smelled flaxseed oil or perhaps a little rancid. It feels slightly gummy on my skin. You have to smell really hard to find the lavender scent and the scent doesn't last long on your skin. It does work really good added to your bath water or bubble bath. Read more

Do not use this on diffusers, it will damage them, that said, I am reviewing base on usage it was intended for, massage oil, it feel heavy and the smell doesn't last long, weird because i use sprays and other products from this brand and love them, but not this oil. Read more
